Molly Kaufmann, SPHR, MA

Molly brings senior-level human resources experience and expertise in human behavior and motivation to organizations as principal of HR@Work. She collaborates with organization leaders and their teams to improve performance and create long-lasting change. This collaboration produces bottom-line results and enhances employee satisfaction by improving relationships and processes through which they accomplish their work. She helps organization members learn and develop through her use of behavioral science principles, interventions and values that include participation, humanism, choice, and through her use of adult learning styles and teaching techniques.

Molly holds a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Executive Coaching and Organization Development from the Leadership Institute of Seattle at Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from the University of Idaho. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and certified in emotional intelligence assessment from Learning In Action Technologies. She developed a unique understanding of the legal issues facing organizations and expertise in human behavior and motivation through more than 15 years of training and experience in most areas of the people profession.

She is a long-standing member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Skagit-Island Human Resources Management Association, Organization Development Network (ODN), and Pacific Northwest Organizational Development Network (PNODN).

Lauren Glickman, MA

Lauren Glickman founded FORAY Consulting & Associates in 2007 out of a commitment to work with those dedicated to inspired missions. With over 10 years of experience as a trainer, facilitator, and manager, she is committed to helping individuals, teams and organizations develop leadership capacity, improve vital business processes, manage change effectively, enhance interpersonal relationships and build the capacity to learn from their own experience.

Lauren has extensive experience working in the field of animal welfare and the social sector. Lauren has lived through the challenges that her clients experience in a high-urgency mission-driven environment faced with rapid growth and change in emotionally charged environments. Lauren brings this practical experience, knowledge and training to her consulting practice along with a sense of humor and generosity of spirit. She earned a Master in Arts degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences with a focus on coaching and consulting in nonprofit organizations from the Leadership Institute of Seattle at Bastyr University.

Lauren has served as a board member and Fundraising Chair for the Chimpanzee Sanctuary Northwest (CSNW) as well as Crooked Trails. She currently serves on the advisory committee for Grey Muzzle.
