Molly Kaufmann, M.A., SPHR
Molly brings expertise in human behavior and motivation to organizations as principal of HR@Work, a Seattle-area consulting firm. Molly is known for her breadth and depthful knowledge of the psychology of leadership, group dynamics and emotional intelligence. She is able to combine compassion, curiosity and challenge to help leaders think strategically and act with clarity and speed, moving past self-imposed limitations to drive results.
Her 15+ years of experience includes executive coaching, team development, consultation to organizations undergoing mergers or change initiatives, and human resources. Her training programs target leadership development, team performance, change management, performance excellence, public speaking and conflict resolution.
Molly holds an M.A. in Applied Behavioral Science from the Leadership Institute of Seattle at Bastyr University and a B.S. in Business emphasizing Human Resources Management from the University of Idaho. She has post-baccalaureate work in Women’s History at the University of Washington, is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), certified in emotional intelligence from Learning In Action Technologies, Inc., certified InsideOut Development coaching instructor, and holds a Technology of Participation Group Facilitation Methods certificate from the Institute of Cultural Affairs. She presently is Chair of the Bellingham Branch of the Mountaineers and has formerly held board positions in animal welfare and at the University of Washington.
